We process and sell plastic materials such as Polyethylene foam and Flexible Polyurethane foam, for various field.
We have many experiences and results of cushioning materials in the field of aerospace (such as Japan experiment module (JEM) named "Kibo" in the International Space Station (ISS)), defense, broadcasting, medical and other.
In addition, we also have many experiences and results of cushion design, using the cushioning properties of each foams.

We have processed and delivered cushioning materials for launch the equipments to Japan experiment module(JEM) named "Kibo" in the International Space Station (ISS).
We have processed and delivered cushioning materials for transport the variety of special cameras in Nagano Olympic Games 1998.
We have designed the cushioning material with using cushioning properties data of each foam.
(We have many results of cushioning design in the field of national defense.)

Horizontal cutting machine, Vertical cutting machine, Hydraulic cutting machine (press), Router Cutting machine, CNC Router machine, Bonding facilities, Cushion filling facilities.

"Structural Design of Cushioning" is required to carry "your important things" without breaking on transport.

"Every goods" have each "fragility" (it is known as strength limit or acceleration damage tolerance).
It is also different the assumed strength of shock and vibration on each transportation mode (conditions of transport).
And also, cushioning (buffering) characteristics are different on each cushioning materials (foams).
Therefore, we should verify numerically to provide cushions;
1) Fragility of "things (goods)",
2) Conditions of transport,
3) Cushioning (buffering) characteristics of foams,

In addition, "Structural Design of Cushioning" provide the optimized thickness and area (space) to safety transport, so it provide minimum amount (volume) of cushioning materials.
It also means "Structural Design of Cushioning" is effective for economy and ecology.
